Empowering Business Growth: Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce Announces Comprehensive Business Resources Forum for Simi Valley Businesses
The Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the City of Simi Valley, County Supervisor Janice Parvin, and Mid Valley Properties, is excited to announce that they are offering a Business Resources Forum. This is a free event designed to inform businesses about free and low-cost programs available to bolster growth and success. The Forum will be held on Wednesday, September 13 from 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM, at the Simi Institute MPR Room #411 at 1800 Blackstock Ave.

Subsidized Employer Training Program (ETP)
Doug Waterman, CMTC Discover how you can train employees and recover some of those unemployment insurance premiums you’ve been paying all these years |

Cynthia Avila, of the Workforce Development Board, will cover Subsidized On-the-Job Training programs which offer financial incentives that reimburse up to 50% of wages for three to five months while new full-time employees are trained.

The event is free to attend, but registration is required due to space limitations.
